CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE MICORMIG CAMPAIGN

Conditions of participation
Participation in the promotion by Lorch Schweißtechnik GmbH, hereinafter referred to as Lorch, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.

Expiry of the campaign
The promotion starts from 01.05.2022 and is limited in time until 30.06.2023 as well as by the defined maximum number of tesings. If the maximum number of testings is reached before 30.06.2023, only testings without exchange for an APR 900 welding helmet are possible thereafter. Within this period, participants, hereinafter also referred to as users, will be given the opportunity to take part in the promotion online at www.micormig.com and to receive a Lorch APR 900 welding helmet, hereinafter referred to as APR 900, in ex-change after successfully completing the testing and returning a completed online feedback form. Participants will only receive an APR 900 in exchange for a fully completed feedback form which has been checked by Lorch - without this feedback form, the testing is terminated when the welding system provided for the testing is taken back by Lorch or a Lorch dealer, hereinafter also referred to as partner.

Testings and helmets
The number of testings with APR 900 is limited to 1,000 units across all participating countries. Lorch or a Lorch partner will provide one Lorch MicorMIG welding system per testing. There is exactly one helmet in exchange for each testing carried out. A maximum of one testing, not several, can be carried out per company.

The provision of the MicorMIG system for testing is not defined in terms of time and the participant is not entitled to demand a specific deadline. The determination of a date will be made together with the participant and agreed upon according to mutual availability.

Participating countries
The promotion is regionally limited to the following participating countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slo-vakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Other countries are not part of the promotion. They are therefore excluded from participation.

Participation
The promotion will take place as soon as a request is submitted via the online form provided at www.micormig.com. Participation is only possible within the specified participation period. Requests received after this time will not be considered for the promotion.
Only one submitted registration per participant will take part in the promotion. It is not permitted to register several e-mail addresses or several persons from one company.
The testing and its implementation as well as the Auto darkening filter APR 900 are free of charge.

Eligible to participate
Traderspeople who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
Not eligible to participate are traders as well as known traders/retailers with whom a business relationship with Lorch already exists, as well as all employees of Lorch and their family members. In addition, Lorch re-serves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) for breaches of these Terms and Conditions, (b) for unfair trading, or (c) for false or misleading statements made in connection with participation in the promotion.

Course of action, notifications and handover of the helmet
Course of action

• If the user has filled out the contact form and expressed interest in a testing, he/she will be contacted by a Lorch employee or an employee of an affiliated Lorch partner.
• The general conditions for a testing will be discussed with this person:
  • What does the testing involve?
  • Services of Lorch or the partner
  • Services of the participant
  • What is the time frame for the testing?
  • What is the feedback sheet and what are the requirements?
  • How and under which conditions does the participant receive the helmet?
• The MicorMIG welding equipment is delivered and the testing is carried out. The MicorMIG always remains the property of the providing Lorch partner or Lorch during the testing. There is no transfer of ownership.
• After the testsing, the reversal takes place including the handover of the completed feedback form.
• The feedback form is checked for completeness. In case of questions or ambiguities, a Lorch employee will contact you.
• After positive completion, the Auto darkening filter APR900 will be made available.

The feedbeack form for testing
With the agreement to carry out a testing, the participant receives an email from a Lorch employee or the partner with a procedure number and a link to the form.

This is how the entry of the feedback form looks like

When filling out the form, the process number must be entered. If the participant does not know this number, he/she must ask the person who sent it to him/her before the testing.

The form cannot be sent until all fields marked as necessary have been filled in. In total, it takes about 8 minutes to complete the survey.

The form will be checked for completeness by Lorch after it has been sent in. In the event of any ambiguities, Lorch reserves the right to ask the participant further questions.

End of the promotion
Lorch expressly reserves the right to terminate the campaign without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled running of the promotion.

Data protection
Participation in the promotion requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal details provided by him/her, in particular first name, surname and email address, are true and correct.

The user's data may be passed on to authorised Lorch partners for further processing within the framework of this promotion.
The participant's data is collected so that Lorch or an affiliated partner can contact the user:

• to arrange a trial with the participant
• to process and reply to messages that the participant may have sent to Lorch
• to send information material to the user
• to send a helmet to the participant in case of a successful testing with a completed feedback form.

By participating in the campaign, the participant agrees that his/her data may be stored by Lorch. The data does not have to be deleted if the user does not take part in a testing or purchase the MicorMIG welding system, but may be used by Lorch / the partner to contact the user at a later date with information about the company and its products. 
The participant can have the stored data deleted at the end of the campaign. To do so, the user can send an e-mail to info@lorch.eu.

Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the campaign should be addressed to Lorch. Contact details can be found in the imprint section of the campaign website.
Lorch's campaign is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Salvatory clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation. Instead of the ineffective Control, the legally permissible Control shall apply that comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective Control. The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these Terms and Conditions of Participation.
